What this does is steals a programs buffer from either of the 2 controls, ListBox and ComboBox and stores it onto the Buffer Snatcher. It gives you the ability to Save the snatched content that you've snatched from any buffer so you can use them.
For example, see you load up a Yahoo! ID Cracker and you want the list of Servers the Cracker is using because you want to use them on your Cracker but you can't because it doesn't let you save the list.
Well, just load up Buffer Snatcher, point the mouse to the ListBox or ComboBox and it'll grab every piece of content in there.
Here's an example of me grabbing Yahoo! Servers from Chads Yahoo! Cracker.

NOTE: It isn't compatible with ListView yet as it's a different method from doing it, but i'll be working on it soon and be releasing a second build of it.
